Where we deliver

We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only. We're unable to ship overseas at the moment.

Processing time

Orders are usually dispatched within 5–10 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays). Personalised or made-to-order items may take longer; where this applies, the expected time is shown on the product page. You'll receive an email with tracking details when your order is on its way.

Delivery costs and times

Delivery times are estimates and can occasionally be affected by courier delays or peak periods. Delivery charges are shown at checkout before you pay.

Ordering for your wedding date

We recommend ordering at least 4 weeks before your wedding or event, especially for personalised items. If you have a tight deadline, email us before ordering and we'll tell you honestly whether we can meet it.

Delivery address

Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us straight away and we'll do our best to update it before dispatch. We can't be responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address that was supplied to us.

Late, lost or damaged parcels

Your order is our responsibility until it is delivered to you. If your order hasn't arrived within 10 working days of dispatch, or arrives damaged, please email orders@amoora.co.uk with your order number and we'll investigate with the courier and arrange a replacement or refund.
