Ordering

When should I order my wedding décor?

We recommend ordering at least 4 weeks before your wedding. That leaves time for dispatch and delivery, and time for you to try everything out at home before the big day. If your wedding is sooner, get in touch and we'll do our best to help.

Can I order in bulk?

Yes. Many of our items, like place cards, table numbers and favours, are made for ordering in quantity. If you need more than we show in stock, contact us before ordering and we'll check availability for you.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If your order hasn't been dispatched yet, contact us as soon as possible and we'll update or cancel it for you.

Delivery

How long will my order take?

Orders are usually dispatched within 5–10 working days. You'll receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.

How much is delivery?

UK delivery is £9.99 on orders under £25, £4.99 on orders from £25 to £49.99, and free on orders of £50 or more. See our Delivery & Returns page for full details.

Do you deliver outside the UK?

We currently deliver to UK addresses only.

Returns

What if I don't use everything?

You can return unused items in their original condition and packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund. It's a common worry when planning a wedding, so we've made our returns window generous. Personalised items can only be returned if they're faulty. See our Delivery & Returns page for how to return.

What if something arrives damaged?

We're so sorry if that happens. Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and a photo, and we'll send a replacement or give you a full refund.

Products

Are your flowers real?

Our garlands, felt flowers and soap roses are artificial, so they look fresh all day and can be kept forever. Our pampas grass, bunny tail grass and rose petal confetti are naturally dried.
