Dispatch times
Orders are usually dispatched within 5–10 working days. You'll receive an email with tracking details as soon as your order is on its way.
Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.
Planning ahead
We recommend ordering at least 4 weeks before your wedding or hen do, so there's plenty of time for delivery and for you to check everything at home.
Returns
We want you to love everything you order. If you change your mind or don't use something on the day, you can return it within 30 days of delivery.
How to return an item
- Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the items you'd like to return. We'll email you the returns address.
- Pack the items securely in their original packaging.
- Send them back within 14 days of telling us, using a tracked service, and keep your proof of postage.
Conditions
- Items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging.
- Return postage is paid by the customer, unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong item.
- Personalised items (for example with names, dates or custom wording), and sealed items that can't be returned for hygiene reasons once opened, can only be returned if they're faulty or not as described.
Refunds
We'll refund you to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving your return, or within 14 days of you showing us proof that you've sent it, whichever is sooner.
- If you cancel within 14 days of delivery, your refund includes the original delivery charge.
- If you return items between day 15 and day 30, we refund the price of the items but not the original delivery charge.
Damaged or faulty items
If anything arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or give you a full refund, including delivery costs, and we'll cover the cost of sending it back.
